We are looking for a Product Development Technician to join our Quality & R&D team, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
 

We count on you to...

• Manage the product development process, acting as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams;
• Define physical and organoleptic characteristics that describe product quality for routine testing;
• Ensure compliance with quality criteria in collaboration with analysis laboratories;
• Create and maintain technical data sheets for Private Label products;
• Define labeling content for Private Label items, ensuring product compliance with current legislation and established internal standards;
• Ensure the certification process for Private Label products.

• Higher education degree in Agronomy, Animal Science, or related fields – Important to ensure the essential technical knowledge for product development;
• Professional experience in the field (preferred);
• Data analysis and decision-making skills;
• Continuous improvement mindset;
• Focus on excellence and attention to detail;
• Effective communication;
• Availability to travel to suppliers;
