We count on you to…

• Manage the product development process, acting as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams;
• Define physical and organoleptic characteristics that describe the quality of the product, for monitoring in routine tests;
• Ensure, in coordination with analytical laboratories, the compliance with quality criteria;
• Create and keep updated the technical sheets of Own Brand products;
• Define labeling content for Own Brand products, ensuring product compliance with current legislation and established internal standards;
• Ensure the certification process of Own Brand products.

• Higher education in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biochemistry- Important to ensure the technical knowledge essential for product development;
• Minimum of 2/3 years of experience, particularly in the dermocosmetics area, in an industrial or laboratory environment- Essential to ensure the necessary familiarity with the dermocosmetics industry;
• Knowledge of legislation and quality standards;
• Data analysis and decision-making;
• Continuous improvement mindset;
• Focus on excellence and attention to detail;
• Effective communication;
• Availability for travel to suppliers.
