We are looking for a People Generalist to join our Health & Beauty team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

 
We count on you to…
•    Support HR operations (administrative tasks, clarifications, advisory, etc.);
•    Support People Managers across all HR processes and tools;
•    Conduct store visits, ensuring local proximity to units and employees;
•    Carry out HR audits with a pedagogical and preparatory approach;
•    Promote initiatives related to Employee Experience and the Employee Lifecycle;
•    Support the recruitment of sales staff, as well as occasionally supporting technical roles. 

So, bring with you…
•    A degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, or similar;
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
•    Strong communication skills, pragmatism, and a taste for roles close to the business;
•    A valid driver’s license and availability to travel.
