We are looking for a People Business Partner to join our People team in Carnaxide, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
We count on you to…
- Ensure onboarding plans;
- Promote internal mobility;
- Identify training/development needs, presenting adequate proposals for the role;
- Identify Potential and Talent, defining development and retention plans;
- Provide coaching to teams and Managers to improve performance;
- Manage and control the People budget of the department;
- Support and follow up on People processes (Salary Review, KPIs, Performance Evaluation, Talent Mapping);
- Support teams in all People-related matters;
- Anticipate potential risks and identify new collaboration opportunities, supporting the identification of new challenges;
- Develop People-related projects by collecting and analyzing information from teams and managers.
Bring with you…
- Higher education in Management, HR Management, or Organizational Psychology;
- 3 to 4 years of experience as a People Business Partner;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Strong analytical skills.
