We are looking for an Outbound Manager to join our KeepWells team in Carnaxide, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!
You will be responsible for managing and developing external contact centre partners, ensuring commercial targets are met, optimising performance (conversion, productivity, CPA) and maintaining operational quality through a data-driven approach.

Partner management:
- Oversee the daily operation of contact centre partners (sales, retention or cross-sell);
- Define objectives and ensure alignment with targets (volume, conversion, revenue);
- Monitor SLAs, productivity and quality;
- Ensure continuous alignment with internal teams (marketing, product and operations).
Performance and analysis:
- Analyse campaign performance results;
- Identify deviations and propose concrete improvement plans;
- Create and automate reports (Excel or dashboards);
- Define tests and pilots (scripts, segmentation, schedules, etc.).
Database and dialler management:
- Define database management strategies (prioritisation, segmentation, lead freshness);
- Monitor dialler usage, including:
- dialling rules;
- contact cadences;
- campaign distribution;
- Ensure operational efficiency of the database (contact rate vs waste).
Team management (indirect):
- Influence and guide coordinators and partner teams;
- Participate in defining scripts and commercial approaches;
- Identify training and improvement needs.
Commercial optimisation:
- Work with marketing on lead quality and volume;
- Propose funnel improvements (landing page → lead → sale);
- Identify growth opportunities and new channels/partners.

- Higher education degree;
- Experience in contact centres (preferably outbound/sales);
- Experience managing partners or indirect operations;
- Exposure to diallers and database management;
- Strong commercial drive;
- Analytical capability (Excel is mandatory) and results orientation (commercial KPIs);
- Critical thinking and the ability to quickly identify problems;
- Ability to influence without direct management responsibility;
- Strong organisational skills and stakeholder management;
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Go Contact (valued);
- Understanding of outbound campaign logic (valued);
- Experience in insurance/healthcare (valued).
