We are looking for a Marketing Trainee for our Wells department in Carnaxide, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou.
We count on you to…
- Support the execution of daily tasks and work closely with the Brand Manager of the Health, Baby, and Mom categories;
- Assist in the implementation of the Marketing campaign plan for the Health, Baby, and Mom categories, including in-store communication and other digital and ATL campaign media;
- Manage relationships with suppliers (e.g., in-store material production) and agencies (e.g., content creation for social media);
- Prepare the monthly communication briefing for Baby Wells' social media;
- Manage content for Baby Wells' social media;
- Respond to operational issues in the health area, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution;
- Monitor consumer trends, social media, and content;
- Provide occasional support to the Marketing team in daily tasks and events (e.g., Influencers, Social Media Giveaways, among others).

- A degree in Management, Marketing, or related fields – Important to understand market dynamics, best practices in internal and external communication, and methodologies for developing effective campaigns;
- Good knowledge of Windows/Office – Essential for maintaining good organization and efficiency in daily tasks;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy;
- Adaptability, energy, and dynamism.
