We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Media team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!
We count on you to…
- Marketing Operations: Lead the campaign workflow, managing timelines and deliverables between internal teams (Brand/Client) and external partners (Agencies);
- Briefing Management: Translate business objectives into clear and effective briefs for the media agency, ensuring the brand vision reaches the most relevant touchpoints (TV, Digital, OOH, etc.);
- Budget Management: Own the marketing budget control process, ensuring proper allocation across channels and tracking of ad hoc investments;
- Reporting & KPIs: Manage reporting platforms and translate media metrics into business language, explaining how campaigns contribute to company objectives;
- Optimization & Negotiation: Challenge the status quo to identify new efficiencies and manage annual negotiations or ad hoc media proposals (e.g., Outdoor advertising);
- Retail Media: Support the development of new pricing models and advertising formats to attract supplier investment through Retail Media initiatives;
- Media Ecosystem: Monitor innovation and challenge internal and external strategies across both traditional and digital media channels.

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, or a media agency environment. Strong knowledge of media metrics is essential;
- Organization & Process Management: Ability to manage end-to-end workflows (Marketing Operations), from briefing intake to campaign delivery across touchpoints;
- Analytical Thinking: Strong reasoning skills for budget allocation and cost control, ensuring every euro invested delivers value to the business;
- Digital & AI Curiosity: Interest in adopting new tools and Artificial Intelligence solutions to improve efficiency and optimize work processes;
- Autonomy: A hands-on profile capable of identifying improvements and resolving operational bottlenecks independently, without the need for constant guidance.
