📈 The role

The optics and audiology segment is growing rapidly — and at Wells, our presence is stronger than ever!

We are now looking to strengthen our Marketing & Private Label team with a Marketing & Product Development Trainee full of energy, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.

🎯 Your day-to-day

At Wells, no day is “just another day”. You will:

  • Support the implementation of 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store).
  • Assist in creating and adapting content for social media, website, newsletters, and in-store materials.
  • Provide support in preparing email marketing campaigns and customer segmentation in CRM.
  • Take part in market research, competitor analysis, and KPI reporting.
  • Collaborate in automation, optimisation, and process improvement projects, such as:
    • Product creation: gathering and recording product information for technical sheets, catalogues, and online listings.
    • Import process: supporting the creation of automated dashboards for order management.
    • Online channel: ensuring correct product availability to maximise sales.
  • Research trends and innovations for developing new ranges and collections.

📚 What you’ll bring

  • Higher education in Management and/or Marketing.
  • Analytical, strategic, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage projects with demanding timelines.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • “Out-of-the-box” thinking paired with strategic consistency.
  • Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills.
  • (Valuable) Experience in retail and knowledge of the optics market.
  • Availability for occasional travel.
