We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Endless team, MC’s Retail Media business, in Carnaxide, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
At Endless, you will join a dynamic team whose mission is to strengthen and accelerate the Retail Media commercial strategy, enhancing brand presence across Continente Online, the Cartão Continente App and other digital assets. Your focus will be to grow the business with our key partners — from media agencies to some of the most relevant brands in the market.

We count on you...
- Build and develop strong relationships with agencies and clients, ensuring engagement with the Endless Retail Media offering and driving brand growth;
- Manage assigned accounts on a daily basis, ensuring close follow-up and high-quality delivery;
- Develop integrated communication plans, presentations, seasonal pitches, Endless launches and Joint Business Plans;
- Monitor campaigns closely, producing reports and performance analysis using digital and sales metrics;
- Track commercial KPIs and targets, ensuring consistency and operational rigour;
- Work collaboratively, supporting prioritisation and actively contributing to the development of colleagues involved in your accounts;
- Maintain a curious, critical mindset focused on continuous improvement.

- Higher education degree, preferably in Management, Marketing, Communication or Advertising;
- Proven professional experience (minimum 3 years) in digital marketing, media, brand management or similar roles involving online/offline campaign activation;
- Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus;
- Demonstrated experience in account management, digital performance analysis and communication strategy development;
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external teams, with a focus on effective communication, collaboration and proactive management;
- Results-oriented mindset, commercial drive and resilience — a passion for making things happen with a proven track record of achieving results;
- Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a high level of autonomy;
- Flexibility, eagerness to learn and motivation to grow within a fast-expanding business.
