We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our  to our Endless team – the Retail Media business of MC, based in Carnaxide – and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou.

 

You will join a team whose mission is to strengthen and develop the sales vision and strategy in the media area, focusing on growing the business with our main partners, whether media agencies or some of our most relevant clients.

We count on you to...

• Managing relationships with media agencies, increasing their engagement with the Endless – Retail Media offer and their role in brand building;
• Day-to-day account management, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring overall delivery quality;
• Developing mid-to-long-term strategies and relationships with media agencies and clients, including Joint Business Plans, strategic brand communication plans across the entire purchase funnel, seasonal campaign pitches, and product launches;
• Ensuring operational accuracy in tracking performance indicators and sales targets;
• Collaborating closely with the portfolio management team, helping set priorities and focus, and acting as an active coach in their professional development.

 

So, bring with you...

• A university degree, preferably in Management, Marketing, or Advertising;
• Proven professional experience (minimum 3 years) in digital marketing, media, or brand management, especially managing large-scale campaigns (ideally in FMCG sectors);
• Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods sector is a plus;
• Experience in sales and operations management, and in developing sales strategies and communication plans is essential;
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships through effective communication, collaboration, and proactive account management;
• Results- and goal-oriented: persistent, energetic, extroverted, and highly motivated personality with a track record of delivering results;
• Excellent negotiation skills to drive successful outcomes.
