We are looking for a Customer Behavior Expert to join our Customer Intelligence (CI)/CRM team, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!


We count on you to…

•    Map MC's legacy systems and isolated systems/DBs that contain H&W customer information;
•    Identify requirements to enhance data analysis of the customer database through the evolution of systems;
•    Identify and define new metrics that boost business and respective processes, ensuring their development in analytical systems (e.g. customer score);
•    Developing data analyses for presentation to the various areas that generate important insights throughout the customer lifecycle;
•    Building and monitoring the evolution of dashboards and reports with relevant and actionable information to help the various business areas have a clear view of customer behavior and identify opportunities;
•    Ensuring the processing of customer data based on GDPR standards, guaranteeing alignment with areas such as DPO and Legal;
•    Liaising with various stakeholders in the organization who can leverage the area with their expertise.

 
So, bring with you…

•    Academic background in Engineering, Mathematics and/or Information Systems;
•    Experience in similar roles;
•    Proficiency in SQL;
•    Strong knowledge of data modeling and storage (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, etc.);
•    Knowledge of Hadoop and MicroStrategy;
•    Knowledge of data analysis methodologies and tools (data cleansing, transformation, and visualization);
•    Ability to translate management objectives into business/operational needs, turning them into requirements for solution evolution;
•    Ability to understand and discuss the technical impacts of business processes, as well as their alignment with GDPR regulations;
•    High ability to engage with multiple functional areas (Business, IT, DPO, Legal);
•    Strong data and metrics analysis and interpretation skills;
•    Process-oriented mindset and critical thinking;
•    Rigor and attention to detail;
•    Proactivity and strong organizational skills.
