We are looking for a Customer Behavior Analyst to join our Customer team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

 

You will be responsible for…

  • Generating customer behavior insights to support operational decisions for the Food retail brands.

  • Leading and implementing projects that integrate customer information into store management processes.

  • Developing new analytical methodologies to identify opportunities and optimize the customer experience.

  • Creating and automating information analysis dashboards.

  • Ensuring the updating and continuous evolution of information tools.

  • Analyzing, interpreting, and communicating results from research and customer studies.

 

What you bring with you…

  • Higher education degree (Management, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering, or similar fields);

  • Excellent analytical skills;

  • Proficiency in Office software (advanced Excel and PowerPoint), SPSS, or other statistical software;

  • Knowledge of BI tools (MicroStrategy, Power BI) and Python will be valued;

  • Critical thinking and strong organizational skills;

  • Ability to do data storytelling and communicate clearly with different stakeholders;

  • Orientation toward innovation, continuous improvement, and collaborative work;

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
