We are looking for a CRM Trainee to join our Costumer Experience team, in Carnaxide, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
We count on you to…
- Collaboration in defining a customer engagement plan throughout their lifecycle;
- Creation and launch of direct campaigns to customers (SMS and email);
- Implementation of communication journeys in a marketing automation tool (Salesforce Marketing Cloud);
- Proposal of new communication dynamics;
- Management of the communications budget;
- Monitoring and analysis of communication results;
- Working with multidisciplinary teams: marketing, sales, e-commerce, design, among others.

- Background in Management, Marketing, or Communication – A background in these areas provides a fundamental understanding of the strategies and practices that guide effective engagement plans aligned with objectives;
- Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools (experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus) – Familiarity with tools allows for the effective creation and management of communication journeys, optimizing the customer experience and improving campaign results;
- Ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance – The ability to analyze and interpret campaign results is essential for the continuous adjustment of CRM strategies, allowing for the identification of what is working and what needs improvement, ensuring that communication efforts are always optimized;
- Organizational skills and interest in orchestrating processes with multiple teams – Collaborating with departments such as marketing, sales, e-commerce, and design, strong organizational skills facilitate effective communication, ensuring that everyone is aligned and that campaigns are executed cohesively.
