We are looking for an Costumer Experience Specialist to join our  Costumer Management Wells team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou.
 
We count on you to:

  • Coordinate the NPS and Customer Satisfaction initiatives for the Wells brand;
  • Critically analyze response data, identifying patterns, trends, and deviations;
  • Interact with business teams to gather qualitative insights that help explain quantitative results;
  • Create action plans together with business teams to improve the Customer Experience;
  • Identify improvement opportunities along the customer journey;
  • Organize workshops and reflection sessions focused on the Customer;
  • Participate in Customer Transformation projects;
  • Define personalized communication journeys based on Customer profiles, using marketing automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud);
  • Work closely with the Customer Service, CRM, and Data Analytics teams. 

 

So, bring with you…

  • Higher education, preferably in Management or Marketing;
  • 4-5 years of experience in Customer Experience, Market Research, Marketing, CRM, or Consulting;
  • Knowledge of Excel and user-level proficiency with Office 365 tools;
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Qualtrics is a plus.
