We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst o join our Business Development team of Meu Super, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
Your mission will be to participate in and develop projects in the areas of strategy, transformation, and continuous improvement with various franchise business areas. You will be part of a young and dynamic team, tackling the challenges of a rapidly growing proximity market.
We count on you to…
- Manage projects end-to-end, focusing on different business areas, including strategic aspects (e.g., timeline definition, activity planning, steering preparation, etc.);
- Identify, structure, and implement business improvements, aligned with both MC’s vision and market trends;
- Develop effective communication channels across the organization to drive change;
- Identify and supervise multidisciplinary working groups;
- Conduct business diagnostics, assess business potential, and support the definition of strategic priorities.
So, Bring with you…
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or Management (preferred);
- At least 3 years of professional experience in strategic consulting, business management, or project management within a fast-paced environment;
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Lean Management), as well as Agile and Design Thinking;
- Experience in managing and executing complex projects with tight deadlines and reporting directly to senior management;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel;
- Structured thinking and critical reasoning skills;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce professional documents and engage with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
