• Supporting commercial activities across all categories within the optics and audiology businesses;
• Ensuring all back-office processes are accurately reflected in the system within defined timelines;
• Acting as the point of contact for the optics and audiology commercial area in Wells' cross-functional projects;
• Managing and resolving data disputes with partners;
• Managing and processing data related to insurance companies;
• Creating articles and campaigns across various systems.
