We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join our Wells team, and we believe we'll be #betterwithyou.

We count on you to…

• Defining and executing the strategic plan for the Optical category;
• Analysing category profitability and driving innovation in pricing and promotional strategies;
• Sourcing new brands, introducing new products, and monitoring market trends;
• Negotiating with suppliers and managing day-to-day priorities.

What you'll bring...

• A university degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field;
• At least 1 year of experience in category management or business management;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Experience working in results-driven environments with data-based decision-making;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
• A high level of autonomy, strong business acumen, and a strategic mindset.
