We are looking for a Category Specialist to join our Service Management Directorate, and we believe we'll be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to…

• Leading and managing end-to-end projects focused on the development, optimization, innovation, and sustainability of packaging materials (plastics and paper/cardboard), ensuring technical, business, quality, cost, and timeline objectives are achieved.
• Developing, testing, and approving packaging solutions, ensuring industrial performance, compliance with applicable requirements, and alignment with Packaging policies.
• Driving ecodesign, continuous improvement, and sustainability initiatives, ensuring the management and mapping of area requirements while maintaining compliance with organizational goals and legal regulations.
• Collaborating closely with the Competence Center, suppliers, Quality, Operations, and Commercial teams, fostering technical alignment and ensuring the successful implementation of projects.

What you'll bring...

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Materials, Polymer, Chemical, Mechanical, or a related field) or Industrial Management.
• Experience in packaging development and project management or within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of packaging materials (plastics and paper/cardboard), packaging development processes, industrialization, sustainability, and ecodesign principles.
• Proficiency in IT tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results.
• A proactive mindset, strong initiative, and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
