•    Understand customer and market preferences;
•    Follow trends, anticipating and proactively adapting planning;
•    Manage the promotional plan and related activities;
•    Analyze key KPIs to support strategic decisions;
•    Work closely with the buyer and other teams, namely marketing.

• Higher education in Economics or Management (New Graduates);
• Academic experience or internships in FMCG, retail, or consulting will be considered an asset;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills;

• Proactive attitude;
• Good knowledge of English.
