We are looking for a Category Planner to join our Health & Beauty and Omnichannel team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!
We count on you to…
• Coordinate the health & beauty planogram process, namely by supporting commercial managers in range reviews, through mathematical analyses (sales, profitability, customer) that enable the best decision-making;
• Lead improvement processes for the product ranges in existing stores, using quantitative analyses, and then ensuring alignment with all teams up to correct implementation;
• Participate in the development of range optimization tools, in & out management, and control reporting projects;
• Coordinate the commercial expansion process of Wells: propose the macro and micro commercial layout of new stores, manage the product range setup process, always including article x space analysis, ensuring alignment between all stakeholders throughout the project phase until store opening.
So, bring with you…
• A university degree in Economics, Management, or Mathematics – Important to ensure a solid foundation in quantitative reasoning, data analysis, and performance indicator interpretation;
• Professional experience in similar roles – Essential to ensure autonomy and fast integration, as the role requires coordinating cross-functional processes and making decisions with direct business impact;
• Proficiency in Excel – Important for developing models, simulations, and reports that support strategic decisions;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills – Essential to ensure alignment with the various stakeholders involved;
• A critical and analytical mindset – Fundamental for accurately interpreting data, questioning patterns, and proposing evidence-based improvements.
