We are looking for a Category Planner to join our Commercial Food & Fresh department, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
 
We count on you to…

• Understanding customer preferences and market trends;

• Assisting in the selection of products for each range of stores, taking into account factors such as seasonality, popularity and profitability;

• Assisting in the development and construction of promotional campaigns, e.g. promotional leaflets;

• Understand pricing structures and strategies;

• Developing strategic and operational business development projects;

• Carrying out market research to identify opportunities and threats;

• Assisting in data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, but also strengths to be developed;

• Developing analytical data control tools to support commercial decisions, thus contributing to strategies for increasing sales and maximizing revenue;

• Working collaboratively with other team members and departments. Understanding how to communicate effectively within the team to ensure a synergistic environment.

 
So, bring with you…

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree, preferably in Economics, Management, Finance or Industrial Engineering and Management;
• Between 1 and 2 years' professional experience, preferably in the consultancy sector;
• A love of retail;
• Proficiency in Office, particularly Excel;
• Solid knowledge of English.
