We are looking for a Business Analyst Trainee to join our Assortment CoE team in Carnaxide, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

You will join a team that works in partnership with commercial and operations areas, being responsible for supporting MC in the development of customer-centric product ranges, as well as in streamlining and standardising processes for space and assortment review and maintenance.

• Automate and optimise business processes;
• Optimise the process of aggregating information in Databricks;
• Develop and automate reports and ensure their distribution;
• Design and document processes;
• Prepare presentations and communicate/share analytical solutions with different stakeholders.

So, bring with you:

• Higher education degree in Engineering, Economics, Management or Mathematics;
• Good command of English;
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
• Knowledge of SQL and Python will be valued;
• Strong organisational and communication skills;
• Proactivity and dynamism;
• Critical thinking;
• Analytical capability.
