We are looking for Business Analyst to join our Promo Analytics team, in Carnaxide and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

Your mission will be to support commercial teams in interpreting promotional data and improving processes related to our price promotion management tool. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, commercial strategy, and business process optimization, helping teams make smarter and data-driven decisions.

• Support commercial teams in interpreting promotional performance results and transforming data into actionable recommendations;
• Act as a key partner in improving and refining processes linked to the price promotion management tool;
• Analyze data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and support decision making;
• Prepare and deliver insights clearly and business-focused to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial processes run efficiently and effectively;
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving approaches.

So, bring with you…

• Academic background in a quantitative or analytical field (Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar);
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik; MicroStrategy is a plus);
• Basic proficiency in SQL to run simple queries and validate data;
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and identify meaningful solutions;
• Business-oriented mindset and ability to translate data into practical recommendations;
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to work closely with commercial stakeholders;
