💄 The Role

Are you passionate about the beauty industry and eager to create memorable experiences that make brands shine?
We’re looking for a creative, organised, and highly collaborative talent to take on the role of Brand Activation in the beauty segment — covering dermocosmetics, perfumery, make-up, and much more — at Wells.

Your mission will be to bring the brand to life through coordinating and delivering brand activations and events — both in-house and in partnership with brands and suppliers — in-store and in external environments, ensuring impact, brand awareness, and unique consumer experiences.


🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to defining the annual brand activation plan, ensuring alignment with the brand’s global strategy.
  • Plan and execute brand activations and in-house events in the beauty area, ensuring impact and consistency.
  • Coordinate brand activations with suppliers and partners, maintaining message relevance and coherence.
  • Work closely with internal teams (stores, commercial, logistics) and external suppliers (agencies, promoters, etc.).
  • Develop and follow up on promotional and visibility materials for events and activations.
  • Manage the activation calendar, meeting deadlines and ensuring integration with the overall brand plan.
  • Measure and analyse results, suggesting improvements to maximise impact and return.
  • Monitor trends, innovations, and benchmarks in the beauty and retail sectors to keep ideas fresh and relevant.

📚 Requirements

  • Higher education in Marketing, Communication, Management, or related fields.
  • 2–4 years of experience in brand activation, trade marketing, events, or similar roles (preferably in retail or the beauty industry).
  • Experience organising events and activations, both in and outside the point of sale.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is an asset.
