• Lead the team by example;

• Monitor the results and evolution of the value proposition (product and offer tailored to each client);
• Make projections and manage operating accounts;

• Lead the process of developing new products or reformulations and monitor them at the point of sale.

• Higher Education Degree in Management/Economics or similar: these areas of study provide a solid foundation of strategic, financial, and business management knowledge;
• Competence in management control: it is necessary to monitor, analyze, and assess financial, operational, and team performance results;
