We are looking for a Area Coordinator - Private Label Health & Wellness to join our Health & Beauty team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

 
We count on you to…

Manage and develop Wells’ Private Health & Wellness Brands:

• Lead the product development team and coordinate the end-to-end process, from procurement and development through to commercial implementation;
• Coordinate key internal stakeholders, suppliers and external partners;
• Define and execute the innovation and product development roadmap;
• Continuously manage the portfolio’s performance, competitiveness and evolution.

Act as the Wells commercial lead for Sustainability, contributing to the definition of the respective commitments and leading their implementation across Wells, with a focus on product development.

• Experience in team coordination and management roles;
• Experience in commercial management and/or product development environments;
• Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset;
• Excellent organizational and planning skills;
• Strong communication skills;
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and retail experience are considered a plus.
