What We Expect From You:
Manage and coordinate the area and the operational team
Leadership and Team Management: We need someone who doesn’t just delegate tasks but inspires the team, aligns them with goals, and resolves issues quickly and flexibly. The ability to develop and motivate each team member is key to success.
Organization and Planning: You'll be responsible for setting priorities and ensuring resources and time are used effectively, fostering a well-organized and functional section.
Ensure excellent operations and service quality
Quality Focus: A strong attention to detail and rigorous implementation of procedures are crucial. This includes compliance with food hygiene and safety standards and ensuring the quality of service delivered.
Process Management: Contribute to process improvement, optimizing workflows in the section, and ensuring all products and services meet excellence standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service
Customer Orientation: We seek someone with a strong focus on customers, able to understand and anticipate their needs, responding proactively and personally. Building trust with customers and managing diverse profiles is essential.
Effective Communication: Communicating clearly and empathetically is vital to provide a positive shopping experience and instill confidence in customers.
Analyze performance indicators (Sales, Waste, and Stock)
Performance Analysis and Management: You will analyze sales, stock, and waste data to make informed decisions that drive the area's and the store's success. Analytical skills are essential to identify opportunities and improvement areas.
Results-Driven Approach: We seek someone proactive, focused on goals and targets, and capable of adjusting strategies to maximize profitability and efficiency in the sector.
Bring With You:
Over 2 years of professional experience in the food sector – Your ability to operate and lead with practical knowledge will ensure products and services consistently meet quality expectations.
Higher education – Candidates with a strong commitment to personal and professional development bring strategic value and adaptability.
Experience as a team leader – It's important that you can manage conflicts and motivate your team, fostering a positive work environment that values individual and collective contributions.
Proficiency in MS Office tools – Familiarity with MS Office is crucial for reporting results, analyzing data, and supporting decision-making.
Analytical skills – We expect you to critically analyze information, identify patterns and trends, and make data-driven decisions to boost efficiency and results.
