We are looking for an Operations & Logistics Analyst Trainee to join our team in Azambuja and support the development of control models, reporting tools, and analyses that support operational management, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with operational and commercial management, contributing to projects that help improve processes, optimize resources, and support data-driven decision-making.

You will be responsible for...
- Developing new reports, dashboards, and analytical models to support operations;
- Creating and monitoring management and operational control indicators;
- Supporting the implementation of automation initiatives and process improvements;
- Analyzing operational flows of logistics assets, namely reusable crates and pallets;
- Leveraging data collected through the Ciclo App to generate insights and support decision-making;
- Collaborating with operational teams, commercial teams, and stores to solve day-to-day challenges;
- Identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to the evolution of management processes.
What you should bring with you...
- Master's degree in Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering and Management, Engineering, Management, or similar fields;
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset;
- Good knowledge of Excel;
- Knowledge of SQL;
- Ability to build and interpret reports and dashboards;
- Strong organizational skills and autonomy;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with different stakeholders;
- Critical thinking, curiosity, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
It will be a plus if you have...
- Previous experience through an academic internship, extracurricular internship, or academic project;
- Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools;
- Interest in logistics, operations, and supply chain areas.
