We are looking for an Operations & Logistics Analyst Trainee to join our team in Azambuja and support the development of control models, reporting tools, and analyses that support operational management, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with operational and commercial management, contributing to projects that help improve processes, optimize resources, and support data-driven decision-making.

You will be responsible for...

• Developing new reports, dashboards, and analytical models to support operations;
• Creating and monitoring management and operational control indicators;
• Supporting the implementation of automation initiatives and process improvements;
• Analyzing operational flows of logistics assets, namely reusable crates and pallets;
• Leveraging data collected through the Ciclo App to generate insights and support decision-making;
• Collaborating with operational teams, commercial teams, and stores to solve day-to-day challenges;
• Identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to the evolution of management processes.

What you should bring with you...

• Master's degree in Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering and Management, Engineering, Management, or similar fields;
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset;
• Good knowledge of Excel;
• Knowledge of SQL;
• Ability to build and interpret reports and dashboards;
• Strong organizational skills and autonomy;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with different stakeholders;
• Critical thinking, curiosity, and willingness to challenge the status quo.

It will be a plus if you have...

• Previous experience through an academic internship, extracurricular internship, or academic project;
• Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools;
• Interest in logistics, operations, and supply chain areas.
