We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our Expansion and Development team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!


 
We count on you to…
• Plan and ensure the monitoring and implementation of new construction and renovation projects, in line with the business guidelines;
• Oversee project management and coordinate with all internal/external stakeholders and licensing authorities;
• Act as the link between business needs and the technical feasibility of proposed solutions, according to defined specifications;
• Ensure compliance with the approved project budget, while delivering the best functional solutions and timely delivery of spaces critical to the company’s commercial activity.

Professional experience in Construction Projects/Site Management (retail experience is a plus) – Because understanding the pace and requirements of the sector allows for more efficient and aligned execution;
• Academic background in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Architecture – We value a strong technical foundation to ensure feasible and effective project solutions;
• Knowledge of tools such as BIM, CAD, Project or similar – Important for rigorous management, effective planning and clear communication between technical teams;
• Strong organizational and planning skills – Essential to meet deadlines and budgets while coordinating multiple stakeholders;
Decision-making ability and results-oriented mindset – We value autonomous profiles, focused on solutions, who can set priorities and move forward with confidence;
Team spirit – Because the best outcomes are achieved through collaboration, mutual respect and knowledge sharing;
Fluency in English – Important to communicate with international partners and suppliers and ensure alignment across all phases of the project;
• Availability to travel nationwide – On-site presence is key to ensuring quality and meeting deadlines for ongoing projects.
