- Support and develop our teams: You will play a crucial role in guiding and developing teams in our stores, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment.
- Analyze and monitor business indicators: You will analyze and monitor performance indicators, using data to guide decisions and strategies that drive operational success.
- Optimize store processes: You will contribute to the optimization of store processes, overseeing the implementation of improvements and reporting compliance with established standards.
- Promote quality and customer satisfaction: You will ensure product quality and well-presented sections, making sure that the customer experience is always positive and memorable.

- Higher Education: We value higher education, including Technical and Professional Courses (CTeSP), Bachelor's, Graduate, Master's, or Doctoral degrees.
