We are looking for a TEAM LEADER for our LOGISTICS team and we believe we will be #betterwithyou.

Every day, our Logistics supply Portugal. The warehouse teams receive products from suppliers and sort orders destined for stores or customers throughout the country. This process happens quickly, safely, and with advanced technology.

Here are your main challenges:

Planning and Management: You will be responsible for planning the transportation operations of Meu Super, as well as managing and monitoring them.

Dealing with different stakeholders: You will work with different departments, as well as liaise with stores and external partners.

Participation in Continuous Improvement Projects: You will play an important role in projects involving logistics operations, collaborating in identifying and implementing continuous improvement actions.

Performance Indicators: Monitor and analyze performance indicators, proposing and implementing corrective actions; Ensure the achievement of defined objectives and KPIs (efficiency, productivity, quality, etc.).

Qualifications: Minimum education level of high school diploma (12th grade); Training in logistics, transportation, or management is valued.
Previous experience in transport and logistics planning.
Analytical skills: Ability to read, interpret, and present performance indicators (KPIs).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and transport software: Technology will be an important part of your work, requiring the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and transport management and planning systems.
Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to manage priorities.
