We are looking for a TEAM LEADER for our LOGISTICS team and we believe we will be #betterwithyou.

Every day, our Logistics supply Portugal. The warehouse teams receive products from suppliers and sort orders destined for stores or customers throughout the country. This process happens quickly, safely, and with advanced technology.

Here are your main challenges:

Operational Supervision and Coordination: You will supervise all activities related to the team of operators under your responsibility. Work effectively in demanding and high-pressure contexts, maintaining focus on results and the team.

Team Support and Motivation: You will guide employees in their practical training, answer questions, and motivate them to give their best. Your support will be essential to fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Participation in Continuous Improvement Projects: You will play an important role in projects involving logistics operations, collaborating in identifying and implementing continuous improvement actions.

Performance Indicators: Monitor and analyze performance indicators, proposing and implementing corrective actions; Ensure the achievement of defined objectives and KPIs (efficiency, productivity, quality, etc.).

Bring with you...

Educational Background: We value higher education in Industrial Engineering Management or Logistics;

Previous experience managing operational teams, preferably in a logistics environment;

Strong analytical skills: reading, interpreting, and presenting performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzing and building data using Excel (preferred);

Training in Lean Management (preferred but not mandatory);

Strong resilience and ability to work under pressure in dynamic and demanding environments;

Availability: Our warehouses operate continuously in three shifts, so availability for different schedules is essential.
