What we count on you for:

Ensure reliability and availability of the distribution center’s physical assets: equipment and all building infrastructure.

Safety and quality: You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and environmental standards in operations.

Deal with different stakeholders: You will interact with various departments and external partners.

Participation in continuous improvement projects: You will play a key role in projects involving logistics operations, collaborating in identifying and implementing continuous improvement actions.

Collaborative leadership: Ability to engage, motivate, and develop the team.

Interpret and analyze: You will be responsible for interpreting data, technical diagrams, analyzing failures, and implementing sustainable solutions.

What you bring:

Education: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or similar;

Additional training: Team management, maintenance management, and continuous improvement (preferred);

Previous experience in industrial/logistics maintenance, preferably in environments with high operational demand;

Experience in safety & compliance-driven environments (e.g., HACCP, ISO);

Experience in managing critical assets (Material Handling Equipment, Storage Racks, Refrigeration, HVAC, electrical systems, and automated systems);

Proficiency in digital maintenance management tools (e.g., CMMS);

Knowledge of Lean methodologies, TPM, 5S;

Availability to work flexible hours and handle urgent situations.
