We are looking for an ASSISTANT SECTION LEADER for our LOGISTICS team, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou.
Every day, our Logistics team supplies Portugal. The teams in the warehouses receive products from suppliers and separate orders for stores across the country. This process happens quickly, safely, and with the use of advanced technology. We have warehouses in Azambuja, Vila Nova da Rainha, Maia, Guia, and Madeira.
Know your main challenges:
Operational Support: You will collaborate with management to ensure that the team's operations flow efficiently and effectively, supporting the execution of upper management's directives.
Logistics Operations Control: You will be responsible for monitoring the activities of on-site operators, ensuring they follow established norms and procedures. Your role will be crucial to maintaining quality and efficiency.
Equipment Maintenance and Continuous Improvement: You will be responsible for overseeing the equipment used by the team. Additionally, you will participate in daily Kaizen actions, focusing on the continuous improvement of operational processes.
Team Follow-up and Motivation: You will support employees in their practical training, answering questions, and motivating them to do their best. Your support will be essential for promoting a positive and productive work environment.
