We are looking for a Property Management Specialist to join our Retail Properties team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

 
We count on you to…

• Ensure the commercial management of the asset, including contract negotiation and renewals, supporting tenants throughout their occupancy cycle, and monitoring contractual terms and conditions;
• Manage the asset’s financial performance through budget preparation and monitoring, revenue and cost analysis, and the identification of opportunities to improve profitability;
• Ensure the operational management of the commercial spaces, coordinating maintenance, cleaning and security services, as well as overseeing refurbishment and investment projects;
• Act as the main point of contact for tenants, providing the necessary support for their operations and ensuring the resolution of operational matters;
• Contribute to the asset’s value creation and strategic development by analysing performance indicators, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the commercialisation and acquisition of new tenants/operators.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Property Management or real estate asset management;
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills;
• Financial knowledge and business analysis skills;
• Leadership and team management skills;
• Results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills;
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
