We are looking for a Operation Maintenance Controller to join our for our Maintenance team, and we believe we’ll be #Betterwithyou!

We count on you to...

• Monitor and track the performance of maintenance operations across the entire store network, identifying trends and flagging situations that require intervention;
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that support decision-making—from field teams all the way up to management;
• Prepare periodic performance analyses for various management forums, ensuring that information reaches the right audience clearly and in the appropriate format;
• Cross-reference information from different sources (operational, financial, energy) to produce an integrated and reliable view of the maintenance operation;
• Work closely with technical and management teams to ensure that data is interpreted within the necessary operational context;
• Define and review the performance indicators to be monitored, ensuring they reflect operational reality and support decision-making.

So, bring with you...

• University degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or a field with a strong analytical component;
• Experience in data analysis, controlling, or operational reporting roles;
• The ability to work with large volumes of information and to develop clear analyses from complex data;
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar);
• Ability to communicate with diverse audiences by adjusting the level of detail and language used;
• Rigor, autonomy, and critical thinking to distinguish what is relevant from what is noise;
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn about technical and maintenance operations.
