We are looking for a Maintenance Management Specialist – Electrical Installations to join our Maintenance team, and we believe we’ll be #Betterwithyou!
We count on you to...
- Define and promote the standardization of the technical management and maintenance of electrical equipment and installations across stores;
- Manage processes related to Energy Performance Certificates, TGE (Energy Management Technicians) and TREIE (Responsible Electrical Installation Technicians), in collaboration with contracted external entities;
- Assess the performance of electrical installations, including failure and risk analysis, as well as the performance of service providers;
- Establish contact with stores and internal departments to ensure compliance with the required parameters for the electrical equipment/installations defined by the company;
- Contribute to defining the best solutions for electrical equipment, overseeing their implementation across all projects, in line with established guidelines;
- Support the Indirect Procurement team in defining new solutions and suppliers for electrical equipment;
- Monitor investment and preventive/corrective maintenance costs and contribute to decisions regarding the acquisition of electrical equipment.

- University degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in medium- and low-voltage electrical projects/installations;
- Knowledge of technical building management is a plus;
- Knowledge of technical standards related to electrical installations;
- Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills;
- Willingness to travel nationwide;
- Fluency in English;
- Resilience;
- Innovation and proactive mindset.
