We are looking for an Administrative Technician for our Equipment department in Amadora, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou.
We’re counting on you to…
- Manage orders, ensure purchases and follow-up with suppliers;
- Support the manager in the procurement of new solutions;
- Contribute to the definition and management of the equipment catalog, ensuring all processes are correctly reflected in the system, within set deadlines;
- Follow all back-office processes;
- Support stores and other internal departments of the company;
- Create cost-monitoring dashboards.
