You’ll work side by side with your colleagues, supporting, guiding, and ensuring everyone moves forward together — with focus, motivation, and team spirit.
🔹 Lead the checkout area with sharp attention and the right pace:
You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly: well-executed processes, compliance with standards, and fast, efficient, and friendly service.
🔹 Improve what already works — and transform what can be better:
You’ll implement operational processes and always keep an eye out for ways to optimize. Your voice matters and your ideas make an impact.
🔹 Coordinate the Central Checkout with precision:
It’s the center of everything — and it’ll be in your hands. You’ll ensure it runs with efficiency, agility, and excellent service.
🔹 Look at the numbers… and see more than just numbers:
You’ll analyze indicators such as wait times, sales, and shrinkage, using this data to make decisions that make a difference — every single day.
