We are looking for a Regional Maintenance Coordinator to join our Maintenance team, and we believe we’ll be #Betterwithyou!

In a network with hundreds of stores across the country, the Regional Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the technical coverage of the Modelo and Bom Dia stores in their region — managing a team of field technicians, ensuring the operational continuity of the facilities and the proper functioning of in-store equipment.

We count on you to...

• Manage the team of Regional Technicians and the coverage of the stores in the region, allocating resources according to priorities and providing technical support in resolving more complex situations;
• Conduct regular visits to stores, inspecting facilities and equipment, identifying anomalies and monitoring high-criticality interventions;
• Monitor the region’s technical and financial performance indicators, define corrective actions and ensure their implementation;
• Coordinate with Operations teams, ensuring alignment on the maintenance status of the region, intervention priorities and the follow-up of ongoing critical situations.

So, bring with you...

• University degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical/Electrotechnical or Industrial Engineering);
• Solid technical knowledge of building systems and equipment (refrigeration, HVAC, electrical installations or similar);
• Ability to read and analyse operational and financial performance indicators;
• A hands-on profile, with autonomy and the ability to make decisions in high-pressure situations;
• Leadership and team development skills;
• Availability for regular travel to stores within the region.
