We are looking for a Key Account Technician to join our Customer Management Team at Meu Super, covering the southern region (Alentejo and Algarve), and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

 

Meu Super is the proximity supermarket franchise format of MC, promoting close relationships with customers and encouraging entrepreneurship. Meu Super stores are located mainly in residential areas or high pedestrian traffic zones, focusing on local commerce within the communities they serve. With an attractive and well-maintained image, the stores offer a product range tailored to their size, with a growing emphasis on fresh produce.

 

We count on you to...

  • Managing a group of Meu Super franchise stores in the southern region (Alentejo and Algarve) – 10 to 15 stores;
  • Monitoring and ensuring the achievement of sales objectives and established goals, acting proactively to achieve the defined results;
  • Supporting store operations, providing training and assistance to franchisees in various operational management processes (food safety, supply, replenishment, merchandising, and customer service);
  • Driving the commercial activity of sales points by coordinating promotional campaigns conducted by the Meu Super network or adapting them to local sales actions;
  • Ensuring compliance with procedures and processes outlined in the franchise agreement, maintaining a supportive and trustworthy relationship with franchisees.

 

So, bring with you...

  • High School diploma / Professional Technical Course, Associate's or Bachelor’s degree;
  • At least 3 years of experience in store operations;
  • Negotiation skills and strong customer orientation;
  • Availability for travel;
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in Office tools (especially Excel);
  • Organizational skills;
  • Dynamism.
