What Francisca told us
After completing my psychology degree, I stepped into the business world for the first time, joining MC's Call for Summer program. I could also call this challenge a real "school." After this experience, in which everyone taught us something and made us feel part of a common purpose, I couldn't say "no" to a new possibility of continuing my journey at the company, this time in the Call for Solutions program.

What Joana told us
I am constantly in contact with various teams and brands, which allows me to learn more about each and each company's structure. I have developed and improved my skills in task management, communication, and critical analysis. Additionally, I have learned a lot about brochure communication. I am grateful for the opportunity to grow at MC and the excellent DDP team.
