    Where and how long is the internship?


    You can intern in our offices in Matosinhos, Maia, Carnaxide, Azambuja or Amadora. The duration of the program is flexible, depending on your project. It has a minimum limit of 1 month and a maximum of 6 months.

    I joined MC through a four-month curricular internship in the E-commerce Planning and CRO team. During this time, I refined and developed my critical thinking and soft and hard skills, challenging current practices, always supported by data, which guided recommendations to Trading teams. As a team, developing solutions to the proposed challenges was genuinely enriching.

    As part of my master's thesis, I interned at MC for six months in the Quality & Research Department. It was an enriching experience, and the entire team warmly welcomed me. Throughout this internship, I had the opportunity to delve into different fronts and challenging projects related to sustainability certifications, strategy definition, and adaptation of MC's internal procedures to the new legal requirements of the European Union in favour of sustainability.
