We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of financial services products, ensuring they deliver value to customers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine strong product management expertise with a deep understanding of financial services, particularly in cards, loans, and insurance.

You will be responsible for:

• Define and communicate the product vision aligned with the company’s strategic goals
• Create, prioritize, and manage a detailed product backlog
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine features, define acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews)
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and compliance
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and monitor product performance, user adoption, and market feedback

If you have:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in the financial services domain
• Strong understanding of financial products such as credit/debit cards, loans, and insurance
• Experience working in Agile environments and proficiency with tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable tasks

If you are:

• Proficient in industry-specific financial systems and regulatory requirements
• Experienced in digital transformation or fintech environments
• Familiar with compliance and regulatory standards in financial services
• Skilled in user experience (UX) or customer journey mapping
• A CSPO-certified professional
