We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join Sonae’s IOW School (Internal School for Continuous Improvement) team. This coordinator will be responsible for efficiently managing the daily operations of the IOW School, ensuring the quality of processes related to training programs, trainer support, and KPI monitoring. This professional will act as a key link between different stakeholders, ensuring that all training sessions are well-supported and executed with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Information Management: Control and ensure the reliability of critical operational data, including training schedules, enrollments, attendance tracking, satisfaction evaluations, and automated processes;
  • Calendar and Communication Coordination: Manage the school’s official schedule, ensuring alignment of training sessions and events. Supervise the institutional email inbox, guaranteeing prompt and effective responses.
  • Training Materials Management: Ensure the availability and continuous updating of all required materials for both in-person and online training sessions.
  • Logistics and Training Facilities: Coordinate venue reservations and preparation, ensuring compliance with all operational requirements for a high-quality learning experience.
  • Trainer Management: Identify, recruit, and allocate trainers, ensuring their availability and capability to execute the annual training plan. Provide continuous feedback to foster trainer development and ensure adherence to the school’s guidelines, promoting consistency and content quality.
  • Problem Solving and KPI Monitoring: Identify and address root causes of operational issues, implementing corrective measures and generating monthly reports segmented by user type (stakeholders, trainers, IoW, and PMOs).
  • Support in LMS Software Implementation: Contribute to the implementation and optimization of learning management system (LMS) platforms, ensuring their integration with the school’s operational processes.

Requirements:

 

  • Experience in operational management of training programs, events, or similar areas.
  • Knowledge of calendar management tools, enrollment systems, and learning management platforms (LMS).
  • Experience in process optimization.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.

 

Work location:

 

Porto. Hybrid mode (following the company policy: 3 days at the office).
