We are hiring a Project Manager for the Strategy Team to directly support our senior leadership in executing strategic initiatives that drive the delivery of our mission.

You will be responsible for:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects
• Manage multiple timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Establish and develop relationships with key internal stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Prepare strategic discussions, including relevant materials and session dynamics

If you have:

• Academic track record in Economics, Management or other quantitative field
• Minimum 3/4 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members in multiple functions and divisions
• Strong verbal and writing communication skills, both in Portuguese and English
• Good stakeholders’ management skills
• Good analytical planning skills
• Ability to simplify complex problems
