To join our Corporate Brand & Communication team at the Holding Office, we are currently looking for a:
Marketing Specialist
Role Overview:

Core Responsibilities:

Support the development and execution of brand strategy to strengthen Sonae reputation, position-ing and culture, internally and externally.

Support the development of market research and be aware of global trends to support brand strategy and positioning.

Work with external partners, such as communication agencies, to ensure the brand positioning and culture are effectively delivered to our stakeholders.

Champion the brand guidelines implementation, namely in terms of visual and verbal identity, making sure we keep absolute consistency with the brand book guidelines.

Monitor and analyse the brand's initiatives to recommend adjustments to the brand strategy as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the brand's messaging and positioning is con-veyed consistently across all channels and touchpoints.
Key skills:
- Writing: Messaging exists at the heart of our brand strategy, so having strong writing skills will be de-terminant to develop effective messaging and build unique stories about Sonae.
- Communication: Clarity and passion about your strategic recommendations to the team and stake-holders.
- Strategic mindset: Developing or improving upon a brand strategy means understanding our context, how Sonae fits within it, and how to deliver efficiently our positioning.
- Project management: Enjoy being involved in different projects
- Adaptability: The context is constantly changing, and it helps if you can be adaptable. More than that, staying curious about what is happening, and new global trends can help you develop a more respon-sive brand strategy.

Main requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management, marketing or a related field

Proven experience in brand management, preferably in a corporate setting

Analytical skills and experience with market research

Communication and interpersonal skills

A good mix of analytical thinking and creative flair Ability to manage multiple projects

Fluent in English, written and spoken

Agile mindset

Digital native is a plus
