To join our Legal team at the Holding Office, we are currently looking for a:

Junior Lawyer

Core Responsibilities:

• Support M&A transactions, from due diligence to closing
• Work on a variety of corporate and commercial legal matters
• Assist in other areas within the legal department, ensuring compliance and risk management

Main requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in M&A, corporate law, or related areas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (additional language skills are a plus)
