We aim to strengthen Tech team by integrating a Junior Financial Controller, who will work closely with the Management Control team. This role represents an excellent opportunity for young professionals interested in finance and technology, who aspire to develop their skills in a regulated, dynamic, and digitally innovative environment within the financial sector.
You will be responsible for:
- Support the preparation of the Tech Department’s budget and financial forecasts;
- Analyze variances between budgeted and actual figures, with a focus on technology investments (infrastructure, cybersecurity, software development, licensing, outsourcing, and services);
- Monitor financial and operational performance indicators (e.g., cost per project, resource efficiency, CAPEX/OPEX);
- Collaborate in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for the Finance Department and the Information Systems Department;
- Support the implementation of reporting tools and the automation of control processes;
- Formalize purchase requests in internal systems, ensuring compliance with existing contracts;
- Ensure the updating and organization of the technology area’s contract files;
- Provide support to the Management Control team on matters related to the technology area;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial control processes, methodologies, and tools.
If you have:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in the final stage) in Management, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related;
- Knowledge of Excel;
- Critical thinking, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Interest in technology applied to the financial sector (e.g., digital banking, cloud computing, automation);
- Previous experience (professional or internship) in management control, finance, or auditing;
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI);
- Familiarity with ERP systems or banking platforms;
- Good knowledge of English.
