Data & AI Automation Analyst

New Career Network is looking for a curious, hands-on person with high potential to help take our Analytics, Automation, and AI area to the next level. We're a project with a startup mindset: fast pace, real impact, and plenty of challenges to solve. We want to turn data into decisions, repetitive tasks into automations, and new technologies into concrete solutions for our team, partners, and users.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with data, is curious about artificial intelligence, and is eager to experiment, propose, and implement improvements. More than reporting, we want someone who questions, automates, discovers new tools, and drives innovation within NCN.

What you'll do

• Develop, maintain, and automate NCN's dashboards, reports, and performance analyses.
• Continuously monitor the project's critical KPIs, creating alerts, performance insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Produce insights to support strategic and operational decisions, from acquisition and conversion to engagement, social impact, and channel performance.
• Explore AI, automation, and productivity solutions that can improve how NCN works, communicates, analyzes data, and generates impact.
• Test and propose use cases with artificial intelligence tools, from reporting automation, data analysis, and insight generation to internal productivity support or improving the user experience.
• Contribute to building an increasingly data-driven, experimental, and continuous-improvement-oriented culture.

What we're looking for

• Someone with a lot of curiosity, autonomy, and a fast learning drive.
• Background in Management, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for solving problems with data.
• Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, APIs, automation, or no-code/low-code tools will be valued, but is not required.
• Genuine interest in artificial intelligence, automation, digital tools, and new ways of working.
